Amazon Echo Dash

I just got my Echo Dash and I did not have a good time setting it up. My first problem is I was using my iPad. I always use my iPad. Well it doesn’t work on the iPad, I had to use the iPhone. Once I used the iPhone the configuration was a breeze.

Using it was another matter. I ‘purchased’ the device because it was $20 and you received a $20 credit making it free. Good deal. I normally order Fruit Loops (with other things) from Amazon Pantry so I scanned my Fruit Loops. It was over $12! Not a good deal. Then I scanned in my Starbucks coffee that I already buy from Amazon. It didn’t know which one it was. Two other things I purchase from Amazon didn’t even make the list. I would say this is still a work in progress.

Talking to it for my home automation was OK, but that was otherwise I am not all that thrilled.
